I’m a Product Designer & UX Researcher
with a dash of psychology,
a love for research
and an engineer’s ability
to structure and refine complex problems into seamless experience.
I thrive in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between research, design, and development. Whether it's diving into user insights, refining interactions, or making sure everything just works, I’m all about crafting thoughtful, user-centered experiences that feel as good as they look.
My Journey
-
From May 2019 to September 2020
My first UX Designer & Researcher Job
Towards the end of my Psychology Bachelor's degree, I worked as a UX Designer and Researcher at Userspots, one of Turkey's leading UX companies. I contributed to projects for clients like Turkish Airlines Holidays, METRO Market Turkey, Denizbank, and Etstur, focusing on creating information architecture, conducting usability testing, and designing wireframes and prototypes based on research and benchmarking.
-
From September 2020 to October 2022
Covid time in Salzburg
I completed my Master's in Engineering courses in Human-Computer Interaction in Salzburg, Austria while gaining practical experience through internships. As an HCI Intern at August & Piela Konstruktiv GbR in Berlin, I gained hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, working with tools like Onshape for CAD modeling, Arduino for embedded software, and 3D printing technologies. I also operated a CNC milling machine and designed intuitive product interfaces.
-
From October 2022 to March 2023
I was living in Salzburg, finishing my Master's, while freelancing and hopping between Salzburg and Berlin.
I was working on my Master's thesis, where I developed an AR-based semi-virtual lathe setup and a haptic feedback tool designed for remote workshop environments, all with a user-centered approach.
Alongside this, I was freelancing, taking on UX design and research projects, and gaining practical experience in the field. I worked as a freelance UX Research and Design Lead at a startup called Wellow, where I focused on designing B2B dashboards. During this time, I was also actively job hunting in Berlin, with my Master's thesis nearing completion.
-
From April 2023 to present
I moved to Berlin, Germany.
I work as a UX/UI Designer at the startup named JUCR specializing in EV charging solutions, including an EV charging app and charging stations. My primary focus is designing and enhancing the app as well as the internal dashboard, particularly the EV Charging Journey, where I am responsible for the entire user experience.
As part of a small product team, consisting of myself and the Head of Product, I contribute to the creative direction, design system and strategic decisions of the product design process.
