Splash Screen for
The old splash screen no longer aligned with JUCR’s new design approach, including its updated colors, logo, and overall visual identity. To maintain consistency and enhance brand recognition, we needed a refreshed splash screen that seamlessly fit into the new design system.

My Role
I designed the new splash screen and created the accompanying animation, leveraging my previous experience from the charging session project. This ensured a smooth, visually engaging introduction to the app while maintaining alignment with JUCR’s evolving brand identity.
Design Process
I started the splash screen design by drawing inspiration from JUCR’s arc-shaped pictorial element, which represents the horizon and reflects the form of JUCR charging stations. Exploring different variations, I experimented with compositions while also analyzing benchmarks to ensure a modern and engaging approach.
Once I finalized the design direction, I created the animation using Figma’s prototyping feature, refining motion and transitions for a smooth visual experience. I then used the LottieFiles plugin for Figma, which allowed me to send the prototype directly to the LottieFiles website, where I generated a JSON file for seamless integration with the frontend development process.
